Simple answers for ordering, installing, and troubleshooting SIM/eSIM before and during travel.
This portal is for approved Happy Travel SIM wholesale partners. You can check wholesale plans, top up your dealer balance, recharge physical SIM cards, order eSIM QR codes, check data balance, and view your own records.
Physical SIM Recharge means adding a new data plan to a SIM card the customer already has. It is not buying a new card.
Yes. We recommend guides bring a few blank recharge SIM cards when leading a group overseas. If a customer's phone/card has an issue, you can replace it quickly. If a walk-in customer wants to buy immediately, you can sell a card on the spot and recharge the right plan in the portal.
eSIM is an electronic SIM, so there is no plastic card and no postage. The customer receives a QR code by email, then scans it on a phone that supports eSIM. After installation, the phone will show a new mobile data plan.
Before ordering eSIM, ask the customer to dial *#06# on the phone they will use overseas. If the screen shows EID, the phone normally supports eSIM. If it only shows IMEI and no EID, choose a physical SIM instead.
What is EID? EID is the eSIM chip ID inside the phone. It is different from IMEI. IMEI identifies the phone; EID shows the phone has eSIM capability.
Install eSIM under strong WiFi, preferably before departure or one day before travel.
Only eligible Total GB / fixed-data physical SIM plans can show a data top-up option. eSIM and Daily plans do not support data top-up in the portal; the customer should buy a new plan/eSIM instead.
The system only offers top-up when the card is near the limit: currently used ≥80% or remaining data ≤1GB. If the customer's data is still enough, the top-up entry may not appear.
During installation, the phone needs internet to download the eSIM profile. If WiFi is weak or disconnects, installation may fail or get stuck.
Usually no. Most eSIM QR codes can only be installed successfully once, and one eSIM can be used on one phone/device only. Ask the customer to confirm the correct phone before scanning. Do not delete the eSIM after installation unless support asks them to.
For most travel SIM/eSIM plans, the validity starts when the customer arrives at the destination, connects to the local network, and turns on data roaming. Installing eSIM before departure usually does not start the days by itself.
If it still fails, send us the ICCID, phone model, country/city, and screenshots.
Dealer balance is your prepaid wholesale credit. Physical SIM recharge, eSIM order, and blank card order will deduct from this balance. If the balance is not enough, top up first.
Yes. Use your referral QR or invite link in the Refer & Earn page. When your referral tops up, both sides can receive dealer credit according to the rules shown there.
